About

Kelly Christ Murphy

My journey into health and wellness started in June 2003.

My two-year-old son, who loved being outdoors, wasn’t physically able to be outside. After a small length of time outside his eyes became bloodshot, itchy, and watery; his nose ran constantly, he was congested, and he sneezed continually. I took him to a pediatric allergist, who prescribed four allergy medications. I wondered if there would be long-term side effects. What will these medications do to my two year old? I felt there had to be a better solution and I was determined to find it. That’s when I started researching multiple allergy information sources and found Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE).

After only two BIE sessions, he was able to swim, stomp in puddles, and enjoy all the activities children enjoy outside! Most importantly, I was able to take my son off all the prescribed medications. I could not believe how easily BIE changed his life. I knew I had to learn this new modality to help improve the quality of life for other allergy sufferers.

Health Coach

In 2005 I did just that. I studied at the Institute of Natural Health Technologies in Ontario, Canada. Through my training I know that allergies and illnesses can manifest in many different ways; therefore, I am able to tailor a unique protocol for you. Depending on your symptoms, I’ll ask you to bring in a food journal as this is usually the first step in figuring out what is making you ill.  It didn’t take long for me to realize the pivotal role food plays in our health. It was then that I decided to become a Health Coach.

I received my training as a Health Coach Practitioner from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program based out of New York City. Over the course of my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories from around the world.  My course work with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) included individual focuses on practical lifestyle management techniques and exceptionally innovative coaching methods with some of the world's top health and wellness experts. I was introduced to this individualistic approach of teaching by top educators from around the globe. At IIN I was fortunate enough to study under Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

I want you to be healthy from the inside out. I want to figure out the cause of your allergy, stress, or weight issues. I want you cooking and eating for health and digestion not just weight. We will figure out your body and what it needs. I will have you understanding your cravings. Eating FRESH. Eating COLOR. Eating FLAVOR. Let’s work together to be the best YOU!
